FULL SERVICES. LOWER COMMISSION*. SAVE THOUSANDS.
There isn’t one.
I’m able to offer low commission* listing rates to my clients because I sell more homes than the average agent and work on volume.
I also receive a lot of repeat business and referrals from satisfied clients I’ve worked with in the past.
When comparing REALTOR™ services being offered elsewhere, you’ll see that I actually offer more and not less.
I don’t take shortcuts or sacrifice any of the resources you need for a successful sale.
No services are cut and you still get the best representation possible.
My system is designed to sell your Scarborough home or condo quickly and for the most money the market will support.
With 45 homes sold in 2021, I am in the top 3% of real estate agents in Century 21 Canada.
I offer at least the same – if not more – services than other competing agents:
Century 21 awarded me their “Outstanding Achievement Award of Excellence” for my performance.
Reserved for top performers, Century 21 presented me with a 'Ruby Masters' award.
This home sold in just 8 days and saved the homeowners almost $15,000 in listing fees.
This home sold in just 14 days and saved the homeowners $12,225 in listing fees.
This home sold in just 7 days and saved the homeowners over $12,000 in listing fees.
This home sold in just 5 days and saved the homeowners over $18,000 in commission.
When listing your Scarborough home with me to sell, you'll get the highest selling price and save thousands of dollars in unnecessary higher listing fees. I have been selling homes in the GTA and Scarborough areas since 2001 and know what it takes to sell a home fast and for top market value. In addition to low commission listing fees* (1%), I offer a complete list of REALTOR™ services, a satisfaction-guaranteed cancellation agreement and a working guarantee that I will sell your Scarborough home. All you need to do is reach out and start the conversation.
Unfortunately, this can be a common misconception and I can only assure you that there is no “catch” and that you’ll be getting top-level services by a top-performing agent.
That’s a fair question and the answer is quite simple.
My lower listing fees still allow me to offer the same – or more – services as other agents and still make money.
I also sell A LOT of homes and work on volume.
This confuses a lot of people, don’t worry.
When you sell your house, there are usually two real estate agents involved:
Each agent typically charges a 2.5% fee of the final selling price of the home, so you end up paying 5% in total in commissions.
As your listing agent, I charge 1%, so you end up saving 1.5%.
It might not sound like much, but you would save $15,000 on a $1,000,000 home.
Check out my ‘Low Commission Explained‘ page for a more detailed explanation.
Yes, they can.
Commission rates are not regulated or set in stone in any way, so an agent can essentially charge whatever he or she wants.
If you are currently under contract with another listing agent, I cannot represent you until that contract expires.
If you have used a different agent in the past but aren’t under contract right now, we can definitely connect and you can hire me should you choose to.
The housing market in general has been hot the past few years and I have been getting homeowners like you top selling prices, oftentimes over the asking price.
A savings of 1.5% on your listing fees might not sound like a lot of money at first, but it adds-up fast and can amount to quite a lot. Just think of all the things you could do with those savings. New appliances. New furniture. Renovation for the new home. A vacation for your entire family... I'm sure you could put that money to good use, so why pay more for the same services if you don't have to?
Send me a quick contact form and we'll arrange a phone call where we can discuss your needs and all of things I'll be able to do for you.
* My 1% fee & savings are based on a hypothetical example of a 5% total commission (2.5% listing + 2.5% to buyer brokerage) . 1% Listing fee is plus 2.5% buyer brokerage fee = 3.5% maximum commission.
