Once you have contacted me, we’ll connect and set-up a time to meet at your home that works for you.
During the meeting, I’ll provide you with comparable homes that have sold in your area to establish the starting market price for your house.
At this point we will discuss additional options such as home staging services or any other touch-ups or cosmetic improvements that can be made.
We do this in order to make the property as attractive as possible to potential buyers.
Once we feel your home is ready, we would then book a professional photographer to take high-resolution pictures and a virtual tour of your home.
All of these options will be discussed prior to anyone being hired.
We then prepare the listing documentation and it gets uploaded to “MLS” (Multiple Listing Service) where it will become available to agents and home-buyers.
Thousands of REALTOR websites link to the “MLS” listings and your listing will be viewed by anyone looking to buy a home in your area.
Now that your listing is experiencing maximum exposure, I will present you with ALL of the offers that come in and we will negotiate for the best price, together.
My goal with every client is to provide the smoothest transition possible. Selling your home can be stressful enough, and I'll ensure that everything is done properly and that all legal documents are promptly forwarded to your lawyer. The only thing thing you'll need to do is move into your new home.
* My 1% fee & savings are based on a hypothetical example of a 5% total commission (2.5% listing + 2.5% to buyer brokerage) . 1% Listing fee is plus 2.5% buyer brokerage fee = 3.5% maximum commission.
