When you sell your house, there are usually two real estate agents involved:
Each agent typically charges a 2.5% fee of the final selling price of the home, so you end up paying 5% in total in commissions.
As your listing agent, I charge 1%, so you end up saving 1.5%.
It might not sound like much, but you would save $15,000 on a $1,000,000 home.

Yes, they can.
Commission rates are not regulated or set in stone in any way, so an agent can essentially charge whatever he or she wants.
The standard Listing fee is 2.5%, so that is what the majority of Agents charge.
If you are currently under contract with another listing agent, I cannot represent you until that contract expires.
If you have used a different agent in the past but aren’t under contract right now, we can definitely connect and you can hire me should you choose to.
